Etsy Shop Policies
My dresses (mostly historical corsets) are now sold on my Etsy store Go Back In A Stitch and here are the various informations which you should be aware of when ordering:
Prices at Go Back In A Stitch are calculated in GBP Sterling and are all hand made by me, using both hand sewing and sewing machine. The items are NOT custom made to your body and are made using a universal sizing guide (like in local stores) therefore please measure yourself accurately so you can pick the item which will fit the best. If you are having trouble please contact us before ordering.
Delivery
Postage costs includes packaging and handling but do not include tracking unless the package is shipped internationally where it will be sent as tracked and signed unless otherwise requested.
UK deliveries are delivered using 2nd Class Signed unless specified otherwise at checkout. If it is shipped overseas Don’t forget to request your tracking number once it has been shipped. Overseas deliveries will also be delivered by Royal Mail, this means that your package will be tracked but not Signed if you do not trust your countries mail service PLEASE CONTACT US and we can arrange more secure private shipping.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, fees and/or taxes accrued when shipping outside the UK. Customs forms will be filled out with correct retail value and with an accurate description of the items bought.
All items will be shipped using Royal Mail, in the unlikely event that your goods are not delivered, Go Back In A Stitch cannot be held liable. We also cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries where the incorrect address is given on the order form.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return the item by tracked delivery at your own expense. Returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by email or messages. When goods are received they must be in a saleable condition, as they left our store and items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Goods will be refunded less postage and a 20% charge for administration and restocking charge or be exchanged.
Cancelation is within 12 hours of purchase, all cancelled orders 1 day or more from initial payment date will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
If there is a problem with your order, please advise us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.
Damage/ faults must be reported within 21 working days of receipt as we are unable to correct mistakes after this time.
